President
Peter Webster is the President of Mercator Geological Services Limited and has worked as a geologist and senior manager in the resource industry with both small and large mineral exploration companies for over 27 years. He is a Professional Geoscientist registered with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Nova Scotia and with the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Newfoundland and Labrador. He graduated from Dalhousie University with a B.Sc. in Geology in 1981 and holds a Certificate in Environmental Management from the Technical University of Nova Scotia, 1996 (C.E.M.).
Responsibilities have included implementation and management of grassroots and advanced staged mineral exploration projects for clients in Canada, Mexico, Australia and Russia. He has provided property assessment, project design and program implementation for projects relating to precious metals and base metals as well as industrial mineral commodities. Peter has worked with clients on development of exploration programs, detailed commodity or project assessments, regulatory filing documents, sampling protocols and chain of custody procedures. He has provided project management and provision of on-site professional and technical assistance in addition to completion of data compilation/interpretation and GIS-based mapping. Peter has participated in detailed property evaluations and resource estimation projects with associated technical reporting to National Instrument 43-101 standards. |

Senior Geologist
Michael Cullen is Senior Geologist with Mercator Geological Services and is a graduate of Mount Allison University (B.Sc., Hons.) and Dalhousie University (M.Sc.) and is a Professional Geoscientist registered with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Nova Scotia. He has over 30 years of combined experience as a geologist and/or Senior Manager within the mineral exploration industry and, more recently, as a geological consultant to government and industry. He has been employed with Mercator Geological Services Limited since 2001. Technical assignments have included locations throughout Canada as well as in the United States, Africa and Australia. He has a strong background in detailed geological evaluation of mineral deposits with specific experience in precious metals, uranium, base metals and coal. He has also been involved in exploration and assessment of other commodities, including barite, gypsum, limestone, marble and coal bed methane.
Michael has substantial experience in exploration program planning and implementation as well as property reporting and completion of mineral resource estimation programs and reporting to National Instrument 43-101 standards. He has worked with industry and government bodies in environmental and regulatory permitting of open pit mining projects and has also supervised mine site reclamation work. |

Senior Project Geologist
Chrystal Kennedy has B.Sc. degrees in both Geology and Biology from Dalhousie University and is registered as a Professional Geoscientist (Geology and Environmental Geoscience) by the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Nova Scotia. She has been with Mercator Geological Services Limited since 2004 has over 12 years of professional experience. This includes a background in detailed geological evaluations and exploration for hydrocarbons, base metals, gold and industrial minerals. Chrystal has participated in resource evaluation and estimation studies with associated reporting to National Instrument 43-101 standards and has a strong background in implementation and management of field-based exploration programs. She has designed and supervised field exploration programs and has specific experience ranging from compilation, interpretation, and target generation functions through to management of geological, geophysical and diamond drilling programs. Chrystal has participated in several off shore coring and seismic cruises and has worked on coalbed methane and carbon dioxide sequestration projects. |

Project Geologist
Jim is a graduate from the University of Waterloo with Honours in Environmental Science, Geology, and Chemistry. He has since worked extensively within grassroots to advanced phase exploration projects in Archean and Proterozoic greenstone belts of Canada with large to mid-size international exploration companies. Since joining Mercator in 2004, Jim has been actively involved in compiling, implementing and technical reporting to National Instrument 43-101 standards in support of exploration campaigns within mesothermal gold, carbonate hosted base-metal and volcanogenic massive sulphide environments. His field experience has aligned his practical and technical skill-set offering clients both logistical project management as well as integrated data and map based geological support. |

Project Geologist
Matthew is a graduate of Dalhousie University with Combined Honours in Earth Sciences and Biology and concentration in Environmental Studies. He joined Mercator in 2004, and has since focused on the evaluation and management of various geological projects through the use of Surpac© 3D software to reporting standards of National Instrument 43-101. This has involved design of diamond drill hole programs, drill hole database management, 3D wireframe and solids generation, geological interpretation, geostatistical analysis and block model resource estimations. Matthew has experience with various deposit styles present in Eastern Canada, including coarse-grained and disseminated gold, carbonate hosted base-metal, and porphyry polymetallic mineral deposits. In coordination with senior staff, his experience in deposit modeling through the use of Surpac© 3D software provides clients with management and support services through various project phases, including historic drilling database evaluation and validation, design of new drilling programs and completion of block model resource estimations. |

Mercator Geological Services Limited also offers a strong support staff including geologists and technicians. Our team includes experienced geologists in field mapping and sampling, diamond drilling, site management, GIS mapping, graphics and presentation, website design and management, data collection, compilation and digitization, technical and assessment report writing, and site permitting.
